Refund Policy Returns for Items Found to be Damaged on Delivery
We require you to contact us immediately on receipt of your order, if you claim your item has been damaged on delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take sometime before your refund is officially posted. Exchange or Credits for Defects
Subject to these conditions, we offer to refund or exchange a product unless it proves to be defective. Defective items can be returned up to 30 working days following receipt of order. We will replace items if they are found to be defective or refund if you choose. Please send an email to notify us of a defective item received to email@example.com. Unless your item is found to be defective or damaged on delivery, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging your items Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund in relation to a damaged or defective item, the original cost of shipping will be credited to you. If you are shipping an item purchased for more than £30 ,you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing an insurance.
